* 6 individual skills, guided by a qualified coach, you may stop between each.

* To Feet (Clean Stop)

Levels 2-6

* Routine of 10 skill jumps in a row – you are NOT allowed to bounce between skills
* Athlete performs their routine twice and is scored on the highest of 2 routines

Level 2

* Front Drop (Stomach)
* To Feet
* Pike Jump
* ½ Twist Jump
* Straddle Jump
* Seat Drop
* ½ Twist to Feet (Clean Stop)

Level 3

* Straddle Jump
* ½ Twist Jump
* Pike Jump
* Front Drop (Stomach)
* To Feet
* Tuck Jump
* Back Drop
* To Feet (Clean Stop)

Level 4

* Back drop
* ½ Twist To Feet
* Straddle Jump
* Seat Drop         (swivel
* ½ Twist To Seat        hips)
* To Feet
* ½ Twist To Front Drop
* To Feet
* Tuck Jump
* Tuck Front Somersault (Clean Stop)

Level 5

* Tuck Back
* Seat Drop           (swivel
* ½ Twist To Seat      hips)
* To Feet
* Full Turn
* Straddle Jump
* Back Drop
* ½ Twist To Feet
* Tuck Jump
* Tuck Front Somersault

The above routine is competed as a set routine the second routine can either repeat this routine or the athlete can compete a voluntary routine which cannot have a degree of difficulty exceeding 4.1

Level 6

* Back Somersault Straight
* ½ Twist To Seat           (swivel
* ½ Twist To Seat      hips)
* To Feet
* Straddle Jump
* ½ Twist To Front
* To Feet
* Tuck Jump
* Tuck Back Somersault
* Tuck Barani

The above routine is competed as a set routine the second routine is a voluntary routine which cannot have a degree of difficulty under 4.1
