Junior Competitive Classes are for athletes who compete at regional or national competitions.  Athletes who take part in these classes are encouraged to attend 3 training sessions a week.

  • Monday:18:00-19:30
  • Tuesday:18:00-19:30
  • Thursday:18:00-19:30
  • Friday: 17:00-18:30
  • Sunday: 10:00-11:30
