Senior Competitive Classes are for athletes who compete at regional, national or international competitions. These classes include conditioning and flexibility exercises. Athletes are encouraged to attend 3 training sessions a week.

  • Monday: 19:30-21:00
  • Tuesday: 19:30-21:00
  • Thursday: 19:30-21:00
  • Friday: 17:00-18:30
  • Sunday: 10:00-11:30
