National Squad Classes are for athletes who have qualified for the New Zealand National Championships in trampoline. These classes include conditioning and flexibility exercises. Athletes who take part in these classes are expected to commit to at least 3 of their four available training sessions a week.  Athletes are grouped by age into either the Senior National Squad (13yrs +) or Junior National Squad (under 13yrs).

Class Duration: 1.5 hours

  • Monday: 18:00-19:30
  • Tuesday: 18:00-19:30
  • Wednesday: 18:00-19:30
  • Thursday: 18:00-19:30

 

Senior National Squad

Class Times:

  • Monday: 19:30-21:00
  • Tuesday: 19:30-21:00
  • Wednesday: 19:30-21:00
  • Thursday: 19:30-21:00
